1. Service Agreement

By engaging Trusted Greenery VIP services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include plant consultation, selection, installation, and maintenance as specified in your service agreement.

2. Service Scope

We provide professional indoor plant services including but not limited to: plant consultation, selection guidance, installation, regular maintenance, watering, pruning, and plant health monitoring.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about their space, lighting conditions, and preferences. Access to the service area must be provided during scheduled maintenance visits.

4. Plant Guarantee

We guarantee plant health for 30 days from installation when our maintenance recommendations are followed. Replacement costs for plants that fail due to environmental factors beyond our control are the client's responsibility.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of consultation services. Ongoing maintenance services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Maintenance agreements require 30 days written notice for cancellation.
